Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your email address. When you use the Service we process the resume text and optional job description you upload. We also collect basic technical logs (IP address, browser, and usage events) needed to run and secure the Service.

• Uploaded text is processed solely to generate your ATS score, analysis, bullet rewrites, keyword gap breakdown, and roast — nothing else.
• Your analyses are stored in your account so you can view your history. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
• We do not sell your resume content, job descriptions, or personal data to any third party.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Neither Rizzume nor RIZZUME.ME ever stores or sees your full card number. All payment pages load over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections and are PCI-compliant through Stripe’s infrastructure.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed database with access limited to personnel and sub-processors (e.g., hosting providers) strictly for operating the Service.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated analyses at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain it.
