The Service is operated by RIZZUME.ME. Disputes about eligibility are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion and where required by applicable consumer law. Digital fulfillments (reports, unlocks, and generated content) are permanently consumable on delivery and are therefore non-refundable after fulfillment.
