Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rizzume (the “Service”), operated at myrizzume.me (the “Company,” business descriptor RIZZUME.ME), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rizzume is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze resumes. It provides an ATS compatibility score, structured feedback, bullet-point rewrites, keyword gap analysis, and a critique (“roast”) of uploaded resume text. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional career advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and ownership of the resume content and job descriptions you upload. You represent that you have the right to share the material you submit and that you will not upload personal data of third parties without authorization. You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.

Rizzume uses AI models to generate analysis and recommendations. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and by nature may differ between runs. Rizzume does not guarantee that any resume will pass, or be accepted by, any applicant tracking system, employer, or recruiter. Hiring decisions are made by third parties, and Rizzume is not responsible for any employment outcome.

Paid features are processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled in accordance with that policy.

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by RIZZUME.ME. Your uploaded content remains yours. With respect to content we generate for you, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the results of your analyses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZUME.ME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZUME.ME’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
